Smile Power . . .

WHATEVER ONE'S DISPOSITION, there are plenty of reasons to smile, says Will Willkinson, a policy analyst at the cato Institute, who recently reviewed social, economic, and political perspectives on happyness. "We have more wealth, healt and comforts than 99,9 per cent af people who have ever has", he says.

Grethen Rubin says that her personal quest for happiness has infused her life with meaning :
" I realised that by working hard to keep a lighter tone, by taking to be silly, to lough more, to sing every morning, i managed to bring deeper changes in my self-more loving and considerate feelings and actions. Thats why it's a duty to be happy. When i take the steps that will make me happier, i'm for better able to make other people happier too".
